Rahnuma Saiyed, OD, FAAO
Dr. Saiyed holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry at Illinois College of Optometry (ICO) where she also completed a post-graduate residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease. Thereafter, Dr. Saiyed transitioned into her role as a Clinical Faculty member at ICO where she still currently advises both students and optometry residents in addition to her commitments at the practice. Dr. Saiyed is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association. Her clinical interests include ocular disease management, co-management of surgical patients, routine and complex contact lens fitting, and elder eye care.
