Just like many other parts of your body, your eyes can benefit from regular exercise to maintain their mobility and the flexibility that allows them to focus on objects both near and far. This video outlines a few simple exercises you can perform each day to keep your eyes in good shape and prevent distorted vision, which can be caused by eye disease as well as eye fatigue. Exercising your eyes takes only minutes each day, but can benefit you by providing a lifetime of good vision. If you have questions about your eyes or which exercises might be best for your vision, talk to your eye doctor in Hoffman Estates.

Regular eye exercises are just one part of a complete eye care plan. Your ophthalmologist can help you assess your specific vision needs, including treatment for nearsightedness, astigmatism, and sensitivity to light.
