COVID-19 UPDATE

Our Doctors and staff top priority during the Covid-19 pandemic is to keep all our staff, patients and the community safe. We are committed to do our part to not spread this virus.  All of our staff members are fully vaccinated. A face mask is to be worn over your nose and mouth during your entire visit. Failure to comply may result in patient termination, no exceptions. Please maintain social distancing while in our office.

We strongly promote all patients to complete their forms online before coming to the office. This will have people in the waiting room for less time. If a patient is not able to complete our online Intake forms, one of our front desk staff will be able to mail you forms to complete.

We will continue to see our patients and emergent patients during regular office hours.

Please do not come to our office if:

  • You are experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath – now or within the last 14 days.
  • You have traveled outside the US, or anywhere in the US with community spread within the last 14 days.
  • You have had close contact with anyone known to have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

To follow social distancing guidelines, we ask that you make every effort to secure childcare prior to your visits.  Until further notice we are not allowing children under the age of 18 in the office unless they are being seen as a patient. We are only allowing patients into the office. All other visitors accompanying patients will need to wait outside. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience and understanding
